Ingredients Sesame Oil, Eucalyptus Oil & Menthol
Contains: Sesame Oil, Eucalyptus Oil & Menthol
Direction Dosage: Adults and children over 12 years of age: 1 to 3 sprays in each nostril 3 times daily.
Before first use, pump the spray until a squirt of oil is seen. Insert tip of pump gently in nostril and pump 1 to 3 times while gently inhaling. Repeat in other nostril. Gently pinch the nostrils together.
Store at 15 °C to 25 °C and protect from sunlight. Discard 6 months after first use.
