Direction Add 3 scoops (33g) of FatBlaster Weight Loss Shake to 250mL of Skim Milk. Shake well before drinking.
Replace up to two meals a day with FatBlaster Weight Loss Shakes along with a healthy balanced diet. Drink immediately after preparation and discard any unused liquid.
If Intermittent Fasting:
16/8 diet: As a meal during the 8 hours eating period.
5:2 diet: consumed during the 2 fasting days to comply with the recommended 500-600 calories allowed or as a meal during the 5 normal eating days.
Eat-Stop-Eat diet: as a meal replacement during the eating days
