Direction FOR KNEE BANDAGE: Measure about 8cm at either side of the knee. Double this length, add about 3cm and cut. Draw the bandage onto the knee, cut edge first. Fold the bandage back over itself, taking the second layer 3cm further than the first. FOR PADDED JOINT BANDAGE: Measure about 8cm at either side of the knee. Triple this length, add about 3cm and cut. Draw the first layer onto the knee, then apply a layer of cotton wool strips or foam. Fold the bandage back over the wool. Repeat the process with another layer of cotton wool and draw the third layer of bandage to secure.
