Each 5mL contains 3.3 g lactulose.

Direction

Adults - the usual initial dose is 15-45mL daily. After three days the dose may be reduced to 15-30mL daily for maintenance. Children (under medical supervision) - the usual doses are:



























Age 7-14 years: Initially (3 days) - 15mL, Maintenance - 10-15mL



























Age 1-6 years: Initially (3 days) - 5-10mL, Maintenance - 5-10mL



























Infants under 1 year: Initially (3 days) - 5mL, Maintenance - 5mL
