Dispense: Squeeze a small amount of balm onto your hand.
Massage: Gently rub it into your skin, paying extra attention to rough patches, cuticles, and cracked areas.
Frequency: Apply 2-3 times daily, or whenever your hands feel dry.
Maintain: Once your hands improve, you might only need to apply it once a day.
