Description Dentafix Temporary Dental Cement Cap Repair refixes loose dental crowns, inlays and bridges. Dentafix Cap Repair sets when it comes into contact with water or saliva. It is not a permanent fixing material and recommended use is up to a maximum of four weeks only.

Warnings Always use small quantities and apply to the inner edge of the crown(s). The product is a temporary solution - please consult your dentist as soon as possible. The setting of the cement takes approx. 30-45 mins in contact with oral moisture. Do not chew for the next 2 hours.
Ingredients Calcium Sulphate, Barium Sulphate, Glycol Ether, Zinc Oxide, Acrylic Polymer, Triacetin.

Direction * Clean out the crown or bridge (if necessary) and leave moist but not wet.
* Clean the area in the mouth (tooth stump) where the crown is to be replaced. Rinse the mouth with water (do not dry the stump).
* Apply a small amount of the cement around the inner edge of the crown or cap. Do not fill the crown. For bridges, apply a small amount of the cement around the inner edge of each crown of the bridge.
* Fit back in the mouth and firmly press down. Then carefully bite into place. You will know when the crown or bridge is corrected re-seated as the teeth will close back together again comfortably.
* Remove any excess cement from around the base of the crown.
* DO NOT CHEW FOR THE NEXT 2 HOURS.
Storage Instructions
KEEP OUT OF REACH OF CHILDREN. Store in a cool, dry place (5-25 deg C). It is important that the cap is replaced tightly after each use. Due to sensitivity to moisture, close the tube immediately after removing the material. Getting unused cement wet may result in the material being no longer extractable. Use only what is needed to repair dental emergency.
