Directions for use:
Brush thoroughly at least twice a day, for at least 2 minutes or as directed by your dental professional. Do not swallow. Rinse with a small amount of water. Do not use for children 6 years of age or less. Some people may experience tooth sensitivity or or gum discomfort when using whitening products. This discomfort is temporary and not harmful. If you experience irritation or more than mild tooth sensitivity, stop use and consult your dental professional.

For advice, contact a Poisons Information Centre (phone Australia: 131 126, New Zealand: 0800 764 766) or a doctor (at once). If swallowed, do not induce vomiting. If in eyes, hold eyelids apart and flush the eye continuously with running water. Continue flushing until advised to stop by Poisons Information Centre or a doctor or for at least 15 minutes. If skin or hair contact occurs, remove contaminated clothing and flush skin and hair with running water.
