Equiv. to elemental magnesium 179mg
Arnica montana (Arnica) extract equiv. to dried flower ….….….250mg
Contains: Phenoxyethanol, potassium sorbate and sulfites.
Active Ingredients: Each 5g of cream contains:
Magnesium (from Magnesium chloride hexahydrate) 179mg
Arnica montana (Arnica) flower tincture 500mg
From fresh flower 100mg
Direction Adults apply 5g (approx. 1 tsp) to the affected area(s) and massage gently until fully absorbed. 1 to 2 times daily, or as advised by your health professional.
