Ingredients Each Film Coated Tablet Contains:
Calcium (as Calcium Carbonate) 500 mg, Calcium (as calcium phosphate) 150 mg, Total elemental calcium 650 mg, Colecalciferol (Vitamin D3 12.5 micrograms (500 IU), Menaquinone 7 (Vitamin K2) 20 micrograms.
Direction Adults: Take 2 tablets daily. Swallow with a glass of water before or after a meal. Break, cut or crush the tablet prior to consuming if you have swallowing concerns.
