Direction Do not exceed stated dose. Dissolve the contents of one sachet in 125 mL of water, then drink it. Adults and children 12 years of age and over: Constipation: 1 sachet daily. Increase to 2 or 3 sachets daily if required. Faecal impaction as diagnosed by a doctor: 8 sachets in 6 hours for no longer than 3 days.
Children under 12 years of age: Do not use this medicine.
Drink plenty of water. Increase fibre into the diet, except in cases of medication-induced constipation. If symptoms persists, consult your doctor or pharmacist. Refer to the enclosed Consumer Medicine Information leaflet for more detailed dosage instructions.
