Ingredients

Each 5g (approx. 1 teaspoon) contains psyllium in the form of: psyllium seeds dry 3.25g and ispaghula husk 0.11g

Direction

Adults: Take 2 rounded teaspoons (10g) each evening, followed by a glass of water. If required, an additional 1 or 2 teaspoons can be taken in the morning. Agiofibe granules are coated, making them convenient and easy to swallow. Agiofibe must not be chewed, but can be swallowed whole or mixed with any semi-liquid food, such as yoghurt. Drink plenty of water. Contains sucrose. Use in children under 12 years is not recommended.
