Direction With a brow brush, apply using a light upward and outward strokes to define and shape. Remove with cleanser or makeup remover.
1. Brush brows into place using a spoolie.
2. Outline brows with the pencil, then fill in sparse areas with light strokes.
3. Blend with the spoolie brush for a natural finish.
4. Repeat to build desired intensity.
5. Optional: set with clear brow gel or styling wax.
