ORDER DISPATCHING
Direct Chemist Outlet Online allows you to shop online at your convenience and have your order delivered to your nominated address.We provide Australia-wide shipping and typically dispatch within 1-2 business days*. Dispatch and delivery times may vary in peak periods such as public holidays, Christmas, Black Friday, and other promotional periods.
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive tracking information via email, allowing you to track your parcel through the provided link. Please allow 24-48 hours for updates to appear after dispatch, especially if there are issues in transit or if a tracking scan has not been completed.
*Subject to the condition that all items in your purchase are neither on backorder nor deemed as bulky items.
SHIPPING
All orders are sent using Australia Post or Couriers Please, and their tracking notifications and time frames will apply once we provide you with the tracking details. Please note that the speed and route of delivery become the responsibility of the Courier once they take possession of your parcel.All deliveries require a signature (no Authority to Leave). If no one is available at the time of delivery, you’ll receive updates on your shipment. If both delivery and collection attempts are unsuccessful, the item will be returned to us. We’ll contact you to arrange next steps, but if we don’t hear back within 48 hours, a refund will be issued.
LARGE OR HIGH VOLUME PURCHASES
Large or high-volume purchases are excluded from free shipping and will incur an additional shipping fee calculated at checkout.
SHIPPING LOCATION
If your order contains items that cannot be shipped to a P.O. box, we will contact you to find an alternative shipping solution. If we do not hear from you within 72 hours, we will automatically process a refund.We currently do not offer deliveries or Click & Collect services outside of Australia.
SHIPPING ALERT
We strive to ship your order from the nearest fulfilment location. Occasionally, depending on stock availability, your order may be dispatched from other locations outside of your state. As a result, we are unable to guarantee that the order will come from your local store.CLICK & COLLECT
Your Click & Collect order will be processed directly to the store you selected at checkout for pickup. Please note that once the order is placed, it cannot be redirected to home delivery or an another store.
