General Information

Nature’s Own Complete Sleep contains two key ingredients that are naturally derived. Lactium is a bioactive peptide derived from milk that relieves symptoms of stress, a common cause of sleeping difficulty. Ziziphus is a herb that has been used in traditional Chinese medicine* to reduce the time it takes to fall asleep and calm the nerves.

Directions

2-a-Day

Take 2 capsules a day 30 minutes before going to sleep. If woken from sleep during the night, 1 additional capsule can be taken. Or as recommended by your healthcare professional. If symptoms persist consult your healthcare professional.
