•TensCare Pelvic Floor Exercisers provide a drug-free and non-surgical solution, while allowing freedom from the use of containment pads, helping sufferers return to a normal lifestyle with improved quality of life

•Pelvic floor muscles are a layer of muscles that support the abdominal and pelvic organs. These muscles are like a ‘hammock’ and span from the pubic bone to the coccyx in both women and men

•Incontinence can be caused by weak pelvic floor muscles. Strengthening the pelvic floor muscles will help to actively support your bladder and bowel control and is recognised as a way of preventing and treating symptoms of incontinence. It is recommended to make Pelvic Floor Exercises (Kegel Exercises) a part of daily life

•EMS is an acronym for Electrical Muscle Stimulation. EMS is a well-established method for treatment of pelvic floor weakness as it stimulates the nerves supplying the pelvic floor muscles to contract. These muscle contractions retrain the muscles, increase their effectiveness and improve their condition to build strength and tone, allowing users to develop their own muscle control

•TensCare Pelvic Floor Exercisers send gentle electrical muscle stimulation directly to the pelvic floor muscles through a discreet probe to help strengthen, tone or soothe these muscles using clinically tested programs

•Some people do not know how, or are unable to voluntarily exercise their pelvic floor muscles themselves. Pelvic Floor Exercisers can play a vital role in educating users about their pelvic floor and the sensation they should feel when performing pelvic floor exercises

•Each pre-set program has a specific frequency and pulse width that will offer the best results for the type of condition being treated

•Used for 20 minutes a day over 12 weeks, TensCare Pelvic Floor Exercisers have been found to be effective, with many people seeing improvements within as little as 3-4 weeks!
