GenTeal Gel is a sterile slightly hypotonic aqueous eye gel containing hypromellose 0.3% and carbomer 980 0.22% as a gelling agent. 
The GenAqua™ preservative system contains sodium perborate and diethylenetriamine pentamethylene phosphonic acid.

Keep out of the reach and sight of children If you experience headache, eye pain, vision changes, redness, persistent discomfort or irritation, or if the condition worsens or persists, stop using the product and consult your eye care professional. Be careful driving or operating machinery until you know how GenTeal™ Gel affects you and your vision. As with any eye medicine, temporary blurred vision or other visual disturbances may affect the ability to drive or use machines. If blurred vision occurs at instillation, wait until your vision is clear before driving or using machinery.
1g of genteal gel contains 3mg hypromelose and 2mg carbomer 980. inactives: Sodium perborate, sorbitol, sodium hydroxide, diethylenetriamine pentamethylene phosphonic acid, water for injections.
Wash your hands before use. Place one or two small drops (the size of a small grain of rice) in the conjunctival sac of each eye (avoid touching eye with tube tip) and blink several times. Contact lens wearers should remove their contact lenses prior to instillation. They should reinsert them only after resolution of any transient blurred vision that may occur immediately after application of the product.

Contraindications  Do not use this product if you are sensitive to any of the ingredients. Consult your eye care professional before changing gel and before using any eye medication with contact lenses. Close the tube after use. If you experience persistent discomfort or irritation, stop using the product and consult your eye are professional.
