For the prevention and treatment of iron deficiency anaemia; iron and Vitamin C supplementation which may help relieve fatigue, where dietary intake of both nutrients is inadequate.
This product should not be taken for more than 12 months except on medical advice. Mineral and vitamin supplements should not replace a balanced diet.
Ferrous Sulfate 325 mg (equivalent to elemental iron 105 mg) and Sodium Ascorbate 562.4 mg (equivalent to Vitamin C 500 mg).
Adults and children over 12 years: One tablet daily or as directed by physician.
