2. Close eyes and spray directly onto each eyelid 1 to 2 times.
3. Keep eyes closed for 4-5 seconds. This allows the liposome particles to spread onto the surface of the eyes.
4. Do not touch spray pump onto eyes or any other surface.
5. Do not spray the product onto the open eye.
Usage: Use as often as needed.

- Keep away from eyes and open wounds or skin abrasions
- Do not use heat lamps, heat pads, hot water bottles or bandages
- If rash or irritation occurs, discontinue use and contact your doctor or pharmacist. Ingredients methyl salicylate 283mg (28.3%), eucalyptus oil 88mg (8.8%), menthol 20mg (2.0%).Active Ingredients: (in each g): Methyl Salicylate: 283 mg, Eucalyptus Oil: 88 mg, Menthol: 20 mg. Direction Gently smooth a small quantity of Metsal Cream into the skin 2-3 times a day. The cream penetrates to provide relief from pain. Vigorous rubbing is not required.
- Sport: Apply before, during and after sport to relieve sports sprains, strains, muscle and joint pain.
- Before Sport: Apply before sport and warm up before activity.
During Sport: Apply to sore and tired muscles and joints to relieve pain.
After Sport: Apply to muscles and joints to relieve pain associated with sprains, strains and sore muscles.
- When injured: Rest: Rest injury for at least 48-72 hours.
Ice: Apply ice to injured area immediately for 20 minutes every 2 hours to reduce swelling and pain.
Compress: Wrap injury with compression bandage.
Elevation: Elevate injured area to reduce swelling and pain.
