In rare cases, valerian may harm the liver. Stop use and see a doctor if you have yellowing skin/eyes or unusual: fatigue, nausea, appetite loss, abdominal pain, dark urine or itching. Avoid driving or operating machinery for at least 2 hours after you take Sleep by Remifemin as your reactivity can be influenced, even if taken as directed. This effect may be increased by the consumption of alcohol. It is recommended that alcohol is avoided when taking this medicine. Please do not take Sleep by Remifemin in a horizontal position - please take unchewed with sufficient water. Do not take Sleep by Remifemin if you are pregnant or breast-feeding. If symptoms persist, talk to your health professional. Ingredients Maltodextrin, colloidal anhydrous silica, microcrystalline cellulose, stearic acid, purified talc, povidone, copovidone, sucrose (saccharose), tianium dioxide (E171), maize starch, liquid glucose, carnauba wax, white beeswax, shellac, carmellose sodium (carboxymethylcellulose sodium), polysorbate 80, indigo carmine (E132). Contains sugars.Contains: Each tablet contains: Valeriana officinalis ext. dry conc. 75mg from dried root 412.5mg, Humulus lupulus ext. dry conc. 23 mg from dried fruit 138mg.
