Dosage instructions Give the correct dose every 4 – 6 hours as necessary (maximum 4 times within 24 hours). Do not administer for longer than 48 hours at a time, or exceed the recommended dose without doctor's advice. This preparation contains 100 mg of paracetamol in 1 mL. If your child weighs more than 12 kg, dose at 15 mg of paracetamol (0.15 mL by syringe) per kg of body weight.
