Using the white wand or spoolie apply the dye mixture to the brows using an upward motion brushing on the cream in the same direction as the hair growth. 5. Leave on for three to ten minutes to develop, depending on preferred depth of colour. 6. Gently remove the dye with a damp cotton pad.
