Ingredients Each tablet contains calcium carbonate 1.5g providing 600mg elemental calcium.Active Ingredients: Each tablet contains calcium carbonate 1.5g providing 600mg elemental calcium. Direction Directions for use: Dietary deficiency and as an adjunct in osteoporosis therapy: 2 tablets per day with food, preferably one tablet each morning and evening.
