Caruso’s Super Magnesium Powder is a broad spectrum Magnesium formula developed especially for people who don’t like swallowing tablets. This delicious tasting powder mixes easily and combines the potency of 6 different forms of Magnesium plus cofactors to deliver a daily dose of 300mg of Magnesium and support your dietary needs.

Magnesium supports healthy muscle contraction function while relieving muscle cramps, twitches and spasms when dietary intake is inadequate. Magnesium also supports heart and cardiovascular system health.

It may also help to relieve symptoms of premenstrual tension, including menstrual cramping and breast pain and tenderness.
