Directions

Adults: To aid sleep and support muscle health, take 1 sachet (2g) daily before bed. For mild joint pain relief associated with mild arthritis, take 2 sachets daily before bed. Add sachet to 200 mL water and stir briefly. Alternatively, add to warm water to provide a soothing drink prior to sleep. Consume immediately.
