Directions

For immune support and general wellbeing: Adults and Children over 6 years: Chew 1 tablet daily. Take regularly to help reduce duration and severity of cold symptoms: Adults and Children over 6 years: Chew 1-2 tablets twice daily. Or as directed by your health professional.
