General Information

Nature’s Way High Strength Magnesium is an easy-to-take great tasting Magnesium powdered supplement to support muscle health and
function including helping to relieve mild muscle pain, cramps, spasms
and stiffness when dietary intake is inadequate.

The citrate form of magnesium is used together with vitamin D3 to
optimise muscle health and function, and assist absorption. It also
contains additional minerals and key nutrients including vitamin C,
B's, iron, zinc and the amino acid Glutamine.

Nature’s Way Magnesium Powder is a high strength magnesium
supplement delivering 320mg of elemental magnesium per 6g dose.

It is also your “go-to” sports and lifestyle combo to support energy levels, bone health & strength, immune system health, nervous system function and heart health.

Warnings

Each 6g (1 scoop) of oral powder contains: Ascorbic acid (Vitamin C) 100mg Colecalciferol (Vitamin D3 150IU) 3.75micrograms Cyanocobalamin (Vitamin B12) 20micrograms Iron (as Ferrous fumarate) 4.5mg Glutamine 500mg Magnesium (as Magnesium citrate) 320mg Pyridoxine hydrochloride 30mg equiv. to Pyridoxine (Vitamin B6) 25mg Zinc (as Zinc gluconate) 7mg

Directions

Adults over 18 years: Take one scoop (6g) of powder mixed into 200ml of water, daily or as recommneded by your health professional.
