Each capsule provides Magnesium (as oxide) 120mg Magnesium (as amino acid chelate) 50mg Magnesium (as phosphate) 30mg Total Magnesium 200mg Herbal extracts equiv. dry: Ziziphus jujuba (Jujube) seed 1g Corydalis ambigua (Turkey corn) tuber 1g Passiflora incarnata (Passion flower) herb 375mg Encapsulating aids.

Directions

RECOMMENDED ADULT DOSAGE: Take 1-2 capsules daily, one hour before bedtime, or as directed by your healthcare professional.
