Warnings

Adults only. Contains 49.63 mg total caffeine per capsule. A cup of instant coffee contains approximately 80 mg of caffeine. Caffeine intake more than 200 mg per day is not recommended during pregnancy or breastfeeding. Limit the use of caffeine-containing products (including tea and coffee) when taking this product. Caffeine interacts with enzyme CYP1A2 in the liver. Consult your health professional before taking with other medicines. Vitamins and minerals can only be of assistance if dietary intake is inadequate. Contains 10.36 mg of potassium per capsule.

Directions

Adults only: Take 2 capsules with breakfast and 2 capsules with lunch at least 3 hours apart. The maximum dosage is 4 capsules daily. Do not take more than 2 tablets within a 3-hour period.
