Biotin - Your body uses biotin for the breakdpwn of dietary protein into amino acids that are components of keratin formation.

Iron - You may find you dry brittle hair if dietary iron requiremenys are not being met.

Silicon - Ever noticed how babies and children have such soft shiny hair? The bodoes natural silicon drops as we get older but its an important nutrient to support hair thickness and strength.

Warnings

Vitamins and minerals can only be of assistance if dietary intake is inadequate. If symptoms persist, talk to you your health professional. Contains sulfites and soya beans products. This medicine contains selenium which is toxic in high doses. A daily dose of 150 micrograms for adults of selenium from dietary supplements should not be exceeded. Store below 25°C. Do not use if tamper evident seal is broken or missing.

Directions
