Remove the top half of the backing paper.\n5. Remove the second half of the backing paper\nand smooth the dressing down, without\nstretching, ensuring the pad fully covers the\nwound.\n6. Remove carefully, particularly with elderly or\nfragile skin. Support skin with free hand whilst\ngently peeling dressing away in direction of hair\ngrowth.
