Rest for 20 to 30 minutes before taking the measurement.\u003cbr\u003e\u003cbr\u003e\nReadings taken under the conditions listed below may affect results:\u003cbr\u003e\u003cbr\u003e\nWithin an hour after dinner, after having wine, coffee, tea, sports;\u003cbr\u003e\u003cbr\u003e\nTalking, being nervous, being in unsteady mood, bending forward, moving, room temperature dramatically changing during measuring;\u003cbr\u003e\u003cbr\u003e\nInside a moving vehicle, repeated and continuous measuring.\u003cbr\u003e\u003cbr\u003e\nAttaching the arm cuff\u003cbr\u003e\u003cbr\u003e\nPlug the arm cuff into your monitor by inserting the air plug into the air jack securely until it clicks.\u003cbr\u003e\u003cbr\u003e\nPlace your hand through the cuff loop. Pull the cuff until it reaches your upper left arm.\u003cbr\u003e\u003cbr\u003e\nNote: The bottom edge of the arm cuff should be 0.79-1.18 inches (2 to 3 cm) above the inside elbow. The air tube is on the inside of your arm and aligned with your middle finger.\u003cbr\u003e\u003cbr\u003e\nMake sure that the air tube is positioned on the inside of your arm and wrap the cuff securely, so it cannot move around your arm.\u003cbr\u003e\u003cbr\u003e\nTo take a measurement on your right arm, when you take a measurement on your right arm, the air tube should run along the side of your elbow, along the bottom of your arm. Be careful not to rest your arm on the air tube.\u003cbr\u003e\u003cbr\u003e\nNote: Repeated measurement will result in blood congestion in the arm, which will affect the measurement result.\u003cbr\u003e\u003cbr\u003e\nHow to improve: raise the left hand and hold the fist several times, or take off the cuff and rest for at least 2-3 minutes before taking the measurement.\u003cbr\u003e\u003cbr\u003e\nSitting Correctly\u003cbr\u003e\u003cbr\u003e\nTo take a measurement, you need to be relaxed and comfortably seated in a room with a comfortable temperature.\u003cbr\u003e\u003cbr\u003e\nPlace your arm on the table.\u003cbr\u003e\u003cbr\u003e\nSit in a comfortable chair with your back and arm supported.\u003cbr\u003e\u003cbr\u003e\nKeep your feet flat and your legs uncrossed.\u003cbr\u003e\u003cbr\u003e\nThe arm cuff should be placed on your arm at the same level as your heart, with the arm resting comfortably on a table.\u003cbr\u003e\u003cbr\u003e\nTaking a measurement\u003cbr\u003e\u003cbr\u003e\nStart measurement after wearing the cuff: Press the ON\/OFF button and the monitor will begin to inflate. Please do not move or talk during the measurement.
