Spread Giovene in one direction 1 – 2 times – do not rub back and forth. Allow 2 minutes for Giovene to dry. Once dry you can apply cosmetics, moisturiser or sunscreen if required. For best results, apply Giovene twice daily. \n\nFor minor scars (i.e., small burns, cuts, and scratches) you may apply Giovene after the scar has healed or closed.\n\nFor major scars (i.e., from surgical wounds) you may start to apply Giovene 10 – 14 days after surgery. When applying Giovene, use a small amount to cover the scar.\n\nApplying a generous amount will not increase the gel's effectiveness. Initial improvement in scars may be observed after 8 weeks of continued use.
